I'm thrilled to have been chosen as one of the grand prize winner and to now be a member of the Flight Crew! I will be proud to hit the trails as an ambassador for the Salomon brand in 2010 on my way to getting ready for the TransRockies! I will work with Jf Gagné, a Flight Crew member so I could be in the best possible shape next august! The members of my trail running club are all very exited this is happening to me ... or maybe they're just happy to know they'll be getting a week off next summer from my ''big mouth'' :))

“ I arrived at the park very early and I came across the Salomon tent, where someone asked me if I would like to try the XT Wings, and ... what a difference from my 5-year-old North Face trail running shoes! He asked me if I wanted to keep them for the race and before he could change his mind I said... “Hell yeah!!”
I have no idea on what I stepped on, but I completely twisted my right ankle… I could hear some one saying "are you ok?” and someone else "oh boy, the first one and we are not even 1 km into the race”. But I ran the whole race! It took me 1:30:33 hrs... but I bet I was twice as happier as anyone who crossed the finish line!I'm truly convinced that thanks to these Salomon shoes, I was able to finish the race, there's no way my old crappy shoes would have given me the support and cushion I needed.”
